Google Earth plugin installation
|
GlobeInfos cannot work until Google Earth plugin (Copyright Google) is installed. This process is done once, during
the first access to GlobeInfos mobile tracking page.
Should you need help, here are two videos wich will drive you during the plugin setup process. Every setup steps are shown in details for windows VISTA operating system and internet browser.
However, we dont have any video for windows XP or MAC environment.

Important note:
Because computer configuration may be different from a computer to an other, it is rare but possible that
despite the instructions contained in the videos, the plugin installation fails. Most of the time this is du to
antivirus software, or anti-adware software or browser configuration. In such case, we are not able to offer
a real support service.
